Healing Room Session
A healing room session begins with your stated intentions for healing body, mind & spirit. In this sacred space, we will connect with your support systems. The session takes place on the treatment table with you fully clothed and in a relaxed or meditative state. I use a variety of Energy Medicine techniques including Reiki & Healing touch and sound techniques to clear, connect and balance energy systems. This involves light touch and hands just above the body. After the session, and a short period of resting for integration, we will take time to discuss any new insights. Many people report feeling “lighter” and more relaxed immediately afterwards and energy shifts will continue after the session. I will make follow-up and maintenance recommendations.

Soul Path Guidance & Distance Healing
When you are navigating a change, a health opportunity, or going through a challenging time in life, intuitive listening and Energy Medicine work can be very grounding and stabilizing. This session can be done with a combination of compassionate listening and Energy balancing techniques from a distance either via Zoom or telephone.

Near-Infrared Sauna
Our spacious cedar sauna has a near-infrared light panel for powerful healing benefits to be added on to your treatment room or tool box session.

Tool Box Session
This 45 minute session is personalized to empower you with specific Energy Medicine tools to support your specific healing journey. These are techniques that you can you use on your own to nourish your health, increase balance and vitality. The session can be in person or via Zoom.
